So I have for a long time wanted to learn to animate but I just have put it on hold for, I don’t know, years by now. I kind of just haven’t been able to learn how Clip Studio Paint has worked and I also haven’t tried the animation feature so much as I probably would have wanted to. But I am pretty happy with my second attempt for animation, but this time I had a few bumps because some things just didn’t seem to work my way, haha. Like the ”onion layer”, which shows the first and third layer if you're viewing the second layer. There you can see what you have drawn before and after that second frame, but for some reason it didn’t show up or worked, so I had to figure out where that on/off button were. After a few updates, tantrums and turning off and on the computer I finally found the ”button”. So now I could finally start drawing something and learn the animation feature. Now this little animation took me about 3 hours from starting of figuring out the program, settings and then actually finalize this one. This is in my perception an easy setup to try to just learn the basics of this program, simply put I took a drawing I made a while ago and basically copy and paste the lower jaw several times and placed it closer to the upper jaw to make it "move". And I drew every line over and over again, despite I could’ve just drawn the entire body once and then move the lower jaw bit by bit, copied and pasted. But for some reason it didn’t allow me to copy and paste in the animation timeline so I just made it the way it worked for me, haha.
